VivahAdda is a wedding website that offers useful wedding-related information to today's couples. The VivahAdda websites, located at VivahAdda.com or any subdomain of VivahAdda.com (the "VivahAdda Website"), the VivahAdda wedding planning app, VivahAdda For Business (Vendor) app, and any other feature, content, or applications offered from time to time by VivahAdda in connection with the VivahAdda Website, whether accessed directly or through our mobile device application (collectively, the "VivahAdda Services"). VivahAdda is just a platform that links potential wedding clients with suppliers who are prepared to work with them to complete their services. Wedding aggregation platform VivahAdda.
These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") establish the legally enforceable terms for your use of the VivahAdda Services and must be followed in addition to any other agreement or terms reached between the Parties for the VivahAdda Services. You agree to be bound by this Agreement and the VivahAdda Privacy Policy located at www.VivahAdda.com/privacy by using the VivahAdda Services, whether as a "Visitor" (meaning you simply browse the VivahAdda website) or a "User" (meaning you have registered with and/or submitted content to the VivahAdda website either as an individual or as a company). If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you should immediately leave the VivahAdda Website and stop using the VivahAdda Services. You must read this Agreement and confirm your acceptance throughout the content submission process if you desire to become a User, submit content, video, or photographs, communicate with other Users, or otherwise use the VivahAdda Services. By using the VivahAdda services or doing any of the aforementioned, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions and clauses. Please read this Agreement carefully as it contains your rights, obligations, and restrictions surrounding your use of the VivahAdda Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, User (and "You") might refer to both Customers and Vendors. Persons or Parties that engage in VivahAdda Services through the VivahAdda platform are referred to as "Consumers," while individuals or entities listed on the VIVAHADDA platform who supply services independently to customers are referred to as "Vendors."
EligibilityThe services provided by VIVAHADDA shall be in accordance with the published list of services as above based on the discussions between the "client" and "the Event Manager” till date. Any additions to the above shall be charged extra based on the cost involved.
TermWhile you use the VivahAdda Services or are a User/ Vendor on the website, this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. VivahAdda reserves the right to cancel your use of the VivahAdda Website or the VivahAdda Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, and without warning or notice to you. The User will no longer be able to use the VivahAdda Services when the agreement is terminated, and all content will become the property of VivahAdda.
VivahAdda maintains the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate whether User Content is suitable and, if so, to delete any User Content that it deems improper, without prior notice or responsibility to you. The following is a partial list of the forms of User Content that VivahAdda considers to be improper, without restricting the generality of the preceding:
You expressly agree that you are prohibited from and will not engage in the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the VivahAdda Services:
You may not upload, edit, distribute, or reproduce in any manner any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to VivahAdda or others (including, without limitation, Third Party Content or VivahAdda Content) without first getting the owner's prior written authorization. Because VivahAdda is a content-heavy platform, VivahAdda takes copyright and intellectual property/proprietary rights very seriously. This is due to the material created by VivahAdda as well as its various vendors and clients. It is our policy to take reasonable actions within our control to terminate a user who is a repeat copyright offender if we become aware of this. Without limiting the above, if you suspect that your work has been duplicated and uploaded on the VivahAdda Services in a way that violates your copyright, please provide us with relevant proof and we will gladly take appropriate action.
CustomersUsers accept and acknowledge that they are only visiting the VivahAdda platform to obtain information about a Vendor and that the booking for that Vendor is done separately from VivahAdda, and that they will not hold VivahAdda liable in any way for any future issues relating to that Vendor or booking. That the Customer understands and acknowledges that all transactions take place between the Users and that VivahAdda is not engaged in any way. If a Customer submits their material and images with VivahAdda for the purpose of being featured on our platform, such content and photographs remain the property of the Customer and will be regarded available for re-use and reposting by VivahAdda once shared.
VendorsEach Vendor acknowledges that they are only included on the VivahAdda platform in order to reach their target client. Each Vendor creates a profile on the VivahAdda platform and verifies that the information provided is accurate. Any misrepresentation of their name or job will be solely their responsibility, not VivahAdda's. VIVAHADDA is not engaged in any manner, except as a listing platform, and vendors agree and recognise that they are entering into transactions and offering services to the Customer on their own. VivahAdda, on the other hand, wants Vendors to maintain a high level of service and to make no false claims. Vendors are not permitted to use or represent as their own any third-party pictures or information. Any such misrepresentation will be solely the responsibility of the Vendor. VivahAdda, as a wedding aggregator, has economic relationships with some of the suppliers on its marketplace. This business partnership may include, but is not limited to, increased visibility in exchange for a price.
Reviews on Vendor profiles:Vendor reviews on their VivahAdda profiles are a valuable resource for both customers and sellers. As a result, we take great effort to ensure that the integrity and reliability of reviews on our site are maintained. You can contact VivahAdda for verification at reviews@VivahAdda.com or info@VivahAdda.com if you believe a review is fake. Within 48 hours, the VivahAdda team will contact the Vendor and request that they submit the aforementioned proof for assessment. If the vendor does not present the documentation within 7 days after being notified, the verification case will be closed. a) If VivahAdda gets sufficient and adequate proof, the review will be deleted from the vendor profile within one week after the vendor and reviewer have been notified. Please keep in mind that VivahAdda cannot and does not check or authenticate every assertion made in vendor profiles' ratings. However, once a review is recorded, we undertake a fair verification procedure to verify that evaluations on VivahAdda are provided by legitimate clients of vendors that respect our guidelines. VivahAdda retains the right to remove a reviewer's review if it has been established that the reviewer did not hire the vendor due to VivahAdda's participation, for any reason. VivahAdda has sole discretion over whether or not reported reviews will be evaluated further. VivahAdda takes pleasure in providing honest and authentic feedback that might assist engaged couples in making better hiring selections. As a forum dedicated to promoting honest ratings, we ask that our suppliers follow the criteria below. The vendor may either invite their clients to review their profile on VivahAdda and provide their profile link with them, or just ask them to send their review and rating to us at info@VivahAdda.com, and we will publish the review on their behalf. Delighting your customers is the best approach to earn favourable feedback. Selective solicitation is too risky. Getting your family/relatives/team members to submit a review for you for any reason is entirely inappropriate, and such reviews will be deleted. Whether you agree with the critique or not, we urge that you accept it in stride. If you receive a poor review, we highly advise you to respond with your side of the storey, as it demonstrates that you care. According to our data, consumers read all sides of the storey and make an unbiased decision while reading reviews. Furthermore, some of VivahAdda's most popular and booked vendors have gotten unfavourable ratings on their profiles, so you don't have to be concerned. Another strategy to lessen the impact is to increase the number of good reviews on your profile, which will push the bad review down and boost your average rating.
Deletion of Profile of Vendor:VivahAdda does not allow or enable the deactivation of Vendor accounts after they have been created. On the platform's judgement, the account may be declared as unclaimed and made unsearchable at the request of the Vendor. Please keep in mind that a vendor's profile can be built even if they haven't given their permission. Creating a profile with people providing evaluations of merchants that don't have an active, published profile on VivahAdda is one way to achieve this. VivahAdda, as a reputable aggregator of wedding data and information, displays this information; but, owing to the lack of comprehensive facts, it is unclaimed/ unconfirmed.
User DisputesUsers are entirely liable for their interactions with other VivahAdda members (including Vendors). VivahAdda retains the right, but assumes no responsibility, to monitor disagreements between you and other Users and to promptly revoke any User's rights for any reason or no reason. VivahAdda is merely a listing and aggregation platform; no associations, conversations, or bookings that occur on the VivahAdda platform are VivahAdda's responsibility. Vendor data displayed on profiles in the form of photographs, prices, ratings, and so on is the product of vendor inputs as well as those of their consumers. While VivahAdda makes every attempt to check the promises made in terms of pricing, work, and so on, it makes no warranties that the information presented is correct.
PrivacyThe use of the VivahAdda Services is also regulated by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.VivahAdda.com/privacy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Promotions and GiveawaysVivahAdda may from time to time provide contests, promotions, or giveaways on behalf of third parties. Each campaign or giveaway will have its own set of rules outlining what information is acquired, how that information is utilised, and with whom that information is shared. VivahAdda urges you to study such information before participating in any sweepstakes, promotion, or giveaway, and accepts no responsibility for the same.

Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE VivahAdda SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND VivahAdda EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON- NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE WEBSITE OR VivahAdda SERVICES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE. 'AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHEREVER APPROPRIATE.' VivahAdda is not liable for any erroneous or inaccurate Content uploaded on the VivahAdda Website or in conjunction with the VivahAdda Services, without limiting the generality of the above. Links to other websites may be included in User Content developed and submitted on the VivahAdda Website. VivahAdda is not liable for the truth or viewpoints expressed in User Content or on third-party websites linked from User Content. VivahAdda is not liable for the security of third-party websites, and any such websites accessed by the User are solely their responsibility. VivahAdda does not examine, monitor, or validate the accuracy or completeness of such websites. The inclusion of any connected website on the VivahAdda Services does not indicate VivahAdda's approval or endorsement of the linked website. You browse these third-party websites at your own risk. VivahAdda accepts no responsibility for third-party advertising displayed on this VivahAdda Website or via the VivahAdda Services, nor does it accept responsibility for the goods or services offered by its advertisers. VivahAdda is not liable for any User's behaviour, whether online or offline, while using the VivahAdda Services. VivahAdda accepts no liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to or alteration of any User communication or any Content. VivahAdda is not liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the VivahAdda Services, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials. VivahAdda will not be liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from the use of the VivahAdda Services, attendance at a VivahAdda event, any Content posted on or through the VivahAdda Services, or the conduct of any Users of the VivahAdda Services, whether online or offline. VivahAdda cannot and does not guarantee any specific results from the usage of the VivahAdda Services.
Limitation of LiabilityVivahAdda OR ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AFFILIATE, DIRECTOR, OFFICER, EMPLOYEE, LICENSOR, DISTRIBUTOR, SUPPLIER, AGENT, RESELLER, OWNER, OR OPERATOR OF VivahAdda SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INC NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, VIVAHADDA'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VivahAdda FOR THE VivahAdda SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF YOUR USE. THE ABOVE LIABILITY LIMITATION SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT VivahAdda SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY, AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, NOR DO THEY ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AS A RESULT.
Special Admonitions for International UseRecognizing the worldwide nature of the Internet, you agree to follow all local standards governing online behaviour and appropriate Content. In particular, you undertake to abide by all relevant laws governing the transfer of technical data exported from India, the United States, or the country in which you reside.
Disputes; Choice of Law; VenueIf a disagreement arises regarding or concerning the VivahAdda Services, you agree that the matter will be governed by the laws of Hyderabad, India, and that the courts of Hyderabad or New Delhi will have jurisdiction. In any action taken in connection with this Agreement, the successful party shall be entitled to an award of attorney's fees and expenses paid in connection with such action.
IndemnityYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless VivahAdda and any parent, subsidiary, and affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner, and operator from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the VivahAdda Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising out of your use of This responsibility to defend and indemnify will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the VivahAdda Website and/or the VivahAdda Services.
Waiver and Severability of TermsVivahAdda's omission to assert or enforce any right or term of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction rules that any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, the parties agree that the court should try to give effect to the parties' intentions as represented in the provision, and the other sections of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
Statute of LimitationsYou agree that, regardless of any legislation or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or connected to the Service or this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year of the occurrence of the claim or cause of action or be eternally barred.

Pricing VIVAHADDA's pricing policy has been set up to ensure you have visibility of your event costs throughout the project .We will work within the budget you have defined. • Any extra requirements will be catered to with the clients consent on paying the supplement cost • Several of the services we outsource on your behalf, such as transportation, musicians, Videographer and photographers are contracted on a time basis. If these times are exceeded, VIVAHADDA reserves the right to charge you for any excess billing. • No services from VIVAHADDA or its suppliers will be guaranteed unless payment is received. VIVAHADDA will only hold responsibility and will be concerned about the amount in INR paid to our account. Any other bank charges from clients end is payable the client. • If actual attendance is below the Guaranteed Number, the customer will, nonetheless, be charged for the Guaranteed Number. Once the number of pax mentioned in the AGGREMENT is signed and agreed is final and serves as the minimum guarantee, in case of any increment in the number of pax, the client has to pay extra. • As weather in some cities is unpredictable, there is always a possibility of rainfall, irrespective of the season.A. If there is rainfall during the wedding, the company is not responsible for providing the shelter. If you require the shelter, you have to pay the cost to the concerned vendor. B. If an indoor wedding venue is available at the hotel, the wedding set-up can be shifted indoors. But in this case, you have to pay the additional cost (If Applicable) to the hotel. • For Extra Guest then the minimum guaranteed of the people committed in wedding plan & the AGGREMENT the following policy will be applicable. . Food: On actual per person as mentioned in The AGGREMENT & the Event plan. A. Land arrangements (wedding package): 75 % of the amount from the total calculated on per person basis mentioned in AGGREMENT multiplied by the maximum number of extra guest in any event. For e.g. If the amount of land arrangement for Mr. X wedding is Rs. 10 , 00, 000 for 100 people for 2 Events discussed in the AGGREMENT. At the later stage if the number of people increases to 120 for 1st event & 150 for other. The supplement charges will be 10, 00,000 = 10000 per person X 75 % = Rs. 7500 X 50 pax (Maximum number of extra guest in any event.) = Rs. 3, 75,000 Last Installment • The Final Installment against the wedding package / event package should be paid a day prior to the last event. In case, if it is mentioned in the AGGREMENT that it would be paid on the last day of the event, It should be paid at least six hours before the starting of the event, so that the payment to the vendors can be made on time for the smooth functioning of the final event. Payment is only accepted in Cash or Demand Draft. No cheques /credit cards will be accepted for the final Payment. Booking & payments • You will need to return a signed copy of the contract with a 50% deposit of the total fee. ( 1st instalment) • Second instalment will be of 25% of the total fee. • The last instalment has to be paid after the last event. • All payments have to be made by 1) BANK TRANSFERS, 2) Demand draft. Refund & Cancellation: In concern to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be calculated on the basis of cancellation policy as explained above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that it may take 4 - 8 weeks for the refund process due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount. Cancellation policy • Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to VIVAHADDA. • Up to 180 days prior to the event you will be entitled to 50% of the total paid less any supplier cancellation charges. • 180 days to 90 days you will be entitled to 25% of the total paid less any supplier cancellation charges. • Up to 30 days prior to the event you will be entitled to 10% of the total paid less any supplier cancellation charges. • A strict cancellation policy will apply for all other services. • Please note that irrespective of above mentioned cancellations Aggrementbs, there would be a service charge of 10% which would be applicable incase of cancellation of services after the booking is made with us. Hotels Refund & Cancellation Policy. • If you cancel the package after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers and vendors we deal with. For any unused hotel accommodation, Venue Charges, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we, at VIVAHADDA is not responsible to refund any amount. • Check in time and check out time is strictly to be followed as per the hotel policy. • Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage to be served on Hotel property must be supplied and prepared by Hotel and may not be removed from Hotel property. • Once the food tasting session is held with the client VIVAHADDA ensures the same quality of the food however changes at the last moment by the hotels related to health issues VIVAHADDA is not responsible. No food is permitted to be taken into the hotel for consumption. No Food or Beverage is permitted to leave the hotel with the exception of the wedding cake so as to comply with Health & Safety Regulations. • If the cancellation or modification is after this time, the first night or 50% of the total reservation amount is taken, whichever is higher. For reservations with multiple rooms this applies to each room. Please also note all cancellations or modifications must be made in writing, either by fax or email. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. • Any changes in the menu at the last moment will be charged extra. • Guests are welcome to arrive at the Hotel at any time. We will do our very best to have your room available as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that it will be ready before 2pm. You may, of course, use any of the Hotels facilities prior to check-in. On your day of departure we respectfully request that you vacate your room by 11.00am. On some occasions it may be possible to extend this, however extra charges will be applied. Departing guests are welcome to use the facilities on their day of departure. • If you fail to cancel a booking and proceed in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made. Airport Transfers Airport Transfers, if included in the accommodation package are through AC Coaches of different sizes (12/ 18 / 27 / 36 / 45). Guest will be transferred to booked hotels by coaches in the batch size of 10 &above. The guest coming by different flights should be informed in advance about the waiting time at Airport. The individual guests coming from different flights can be transferred by Cars on a supplement cost.
